Return Policy:

We work with a print-on-demand provider that produces items only when they are ordered. To avoid overproduction and minimize environmental impact, we kindly ask you to consider the environment and refrain from ordering unnecessary products.

If there is an issue with your order, you may return it within 14 days. Please inform us if there is anything wrong with your order or if you are dissatisfied by contacting us at info@pinceauvole.com.

Refunds will only be offered to customers who have received incorrect or damaged items. If any of these situations apply to your order, please contact our customer support at info@pinceauvole.com with photos of the incorrect/damaged items, along with your order number and any other relevant details. We will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery:

When will I receive my order? Typically, it takes 3-7 days to process an order before it is shipped. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • Australia: 2-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Where will my order be shipped from? We collaborate with an on-demand company that handles orders from facilities worldwide. Depending on your location, the orders will be processed and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order? For international orders, additional customs and tax fees may apply. These charges are beyond our control and are determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so please directly inquire with your local customs office to find out if any duties or taxes will be applied to your purchases.

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do? Before reaching out to us, please assist us by taking the following steps:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
  • Inquire at your local post office if the package is available there.
  • Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not found at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at info@pinceauvole.com with your order number.

If you have identified an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the shipping will be at your own expense.

How are the products created? We collaborate with a print-on-demand dropshipper that has locations worldwide. Depending on your location, the orders will be processed and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently.

How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions regarding shipment tracking or your package, please email us at info@pinceauvole.com.

I received the wrong/damaged product. What should I do? We sincerely apologize if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us within one week of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details you have at info@pinceauvole.com. We will propose a solution as soon as possible.
